Liberal replacement contract
A professional who, under a replacement contract, is responsible for replacing a practitioner for a fixed period. At the end of his replacement, he must inform the practice owner of all the care and equipment he has carried out on the patient base during his replacement and he will not be able to claim any rights over the patient base.
Partial liberal replacement contract
The Order has developed a new contract available to chiropodists: the liberal partial replacement contract. When the owner of the practice is required to temporarily reduce his professional activity, he can use this contract but only in exceptional cases: health reasons of the practitioner, spouse or children, training directly related to the profession and elective mandates.
In no case may the liberal partial replacement contract be subscribed for strictly personal convenience. Given the exceptional nature of this contract, it is subject to authorization by the National Council for a limited period of time.
Liberal collaboration contract
Article 18 of Law No. 2005-882 of August 2, 2005 created the status of liberal collaborator for liberal professions. For the liberal exercise of their profession, chiropodists-podiatrists may decide to conclude a liberal collaboration contract between themselves, established in accordance with the regulations applicable to the profession of chiropodist-podiatrist and which aims to define the terms of a fraternal and loyal collaboration, exclusive of any link of subordination as defined by law and allowing the collaborator to continue his training and build up a personal clientele.
